Cuban Sandwich
On a recent trip to Tampa I tried a Cuban sandwich for the first time. It was love at first bite. The pressed bread, melted cheese, mustard, and the amazing meats are still in my dreams. Since the Super Bowl is in Tampa this year, I decided to recreate the Cuban at home. Unfortunately everyone in the city of Atlanta was sold out of Cuban bread so I had to settle for pressed French bread. If you are in a pinch use French but I would go out of my way to find the perfect Cuban bread for this sandwich.
