Burger Bar

Burger Bar

Making cheeseburgers for dinner tonight? Spice up your family dinner with a burger bar. Put all of your families favorite condiments such as bacon, lettuce, tomato (sprinkled with olive oil of course), caramelized onions, pickles, mushrooms, and whatever you have in your fridge on a platter.

No need to fire up the grill, you can get a great sear and a moist burger from a really hot black iron skillet. Carefully make your patties out of good quality ground chuck, salt and pepper each side, put in a very hot black iron skillet for a few minutes on each side. Just before your burgers are finished add a pat of butter on each and let it melt into the burger. Add some good old American cheese and you have a great burger for a burger bar! Don’t forget to toast your buns!
