Harry Potter Butterbeer Recipe
If you have ever been to Universal Studios and Harry Potter World, you may have tried the famous Butterbeer. I begged for the recipe, however they said only 2 people know the real recipe. I decided to experiment and make it on my own. My family claims they like mine better! I think recipes are made to share so here’s my Harry Potter Butterbeer recipe.
This cream soda makes the perfect base to the butterbeer. You can find it at most grocery stores. I have seen it at Kroger, Whole Foods and Fresh Market. If you can’t find it you can buy regular cream soda.
Recipe for Butterbeer:
1 bottle of Butterscotch Beer Cream Soda
1 tsp Caramel topping (the same that you put on ice cream)
1 Cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 package of already made butterscotch pudding chilled
Now let’s make it!
Whip the cream until soft peaks form with a mixer or whisk, add powdered sugar and butterscotch pudding.
Pour butterscotch soda into a glass and add the caramel topping, then stir
Add a heaping tablespoon of the whipped topping to top of Butterbeer and give a quick stir.
