This is a go to recipe as a side or app that you can have ready in a snap. Pair it with a side of ranch or as my family likes plain old ketchup. Bake your tater tots according to package directions, let them cool a few minutes then put them on sticks.

Cover with cheese and put back in the oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted

Take out of the oven and arrange on serving dish

Add bacon, sour cream and whatever toppings you like

Pair with ranch and ketchup for dipping
