Their San Marzano tomato sauce combined with fresh mozzarella cheese, east coast dough and a 900 degree coal oven make for a perfect pizza. The best part, they have figured out a way to package, ship, and freeze it so that when you bake it at home it tastes just as good as it does in Brooklyn. The best best part, you don’t even have to order it, I buy mine at Fresh Market but they also sell it at some Whole Foods.
