The BEST Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
I make banana muffins weekly and usually try a different recipe each time, until this one. I created this banana muffin recipe from several of my favorites. Try out this recipe and you will never need another and I’m pretty sure your family will agree!
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter softened
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar in the Raw
2 eggs beaten
3 Bananas Mashed (Very Ripe)
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Let’s Make It:
Cream the butter and sugars then add mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream
Mix flour, salt, baking soda.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
Spoon into a greased muffin pan or muffin pan with cupcake liners.
Sprinkle top with chocolate chips right before baking. I like to add them on top so that they don’t all sink to the bottom. Optional-Sprinkle tops with sugar in the raw.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Don’t over bake!
