Thirsty Thursday-Strawberry Basil Infused Vodka

Want to play the part of a mixologist at your next cocktail party? Make this infusion and you will gain cocktail cred. It’s very simple, just pour a bunch of washed and capped strawberries in a jar and add 1 cup of basil. Cover with vodka. I love to mix the infused vodka with strawberry sparkling water and a squeeze of lime. If you need to sweeten it up, add a tablespoon of sugar (I prefer Sugar in the Raw for a deeper flavor).
