No Guilt Ground Chicken Chili
I love chili however the OG chili recipes can be very full of fat. If you want a healthier weeknight chili recipe, I invented a no guilt chili!
Ground Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Chicken
1 pound ground Italian Chicken Sausage
20 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 can chili beans in mild sauce (I like Bushes)
6 ounces tomato paste
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 packages of chili powder. I love McCormick Chili Powder
Hot sauce to taste (I love Louisiana Hot Sauce)
Now Let’s Make It:
Brown the ground chicken and Italian chicken sausage then add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes
Add tomato paste
Add both packages of chili powder, a dash of hot sauce(to taste), and Worcestershire sauce
Add crushed tomatoes, chili beans, and tomato sauce
Let simmer for at least 30 minutes or as long as you want.
I love to top with Chobani Squeezable Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream
Brown the ground chicken and chicken sausage adding onion and garlic at the end.
