Greek Chicken Marinade
Who doesn’t love a warm pita filled with your favorite foods? I love to make a greek board with hummus, roasted eggplant, taziki, cucumbers, olives and chicken marinaded in my favorite greek spices.
Greek Chicken
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 Teaspoon Honey
Pepper/Salt
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Dill, Rosemary
Cut chicken into cubes and then place in marinade. Mix and let marinade for at least 30 minutes. You can either bake in the oven at 425 until internal temp is 165 (around 15 minutes turning halfway). I prefer cooking in a hot frying pan so it’s crispy on the edges instead of cooking in the oven.
