Easy No Bake Granola Bars
If you need a quick granola bar recipe this one is the best. Just a few ingredients and no sugar or butter. I prefer to store them in the fridge to hold their shape.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 Cups Old Fashioned or Quick Cooking Oats
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
2 Cups of Mix ins (I use half peanut butter chips and half mini chocolate chips but you can add nuts, dried fruit, or whatever you like)
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Now Let’s Make It:
Line a 9 inch square pan with parchment paper
Pour oats into mixing bowl and add cinnamon and salt, stir to combine.
If you are adding nuts or larger mix ins chop or add to food processor for a quick blitz
Pour in mix ins and add all remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Transfer mixture into prepared pan and press down to make bars.
Place in fridge until hardened. (20 minutes)
Cut and enjoy!
Wrap individual bars in plastic wrap and store in fridge.
