Banana Bread Brownies with Brown Butter Vanilla Icing

Banana Bread with Brown Butter Icing Brownies
Recipe:
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup butter (soft)
1 Teaspoon baking soda
2 Eggs
4 Ripe Bananas Mashed
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips (optional)
Brown Butter Icing:
1/2 Cup Butter
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream or Milk
Now Let’s Make It:
Heat oven to 375. Grease and flour a 15x10 sheet pan
Beat sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy. Then blend in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and blend for one minute. Add the chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until it turns golden brown.
Brown Butter Icing
Heat 1/2 cup of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until it starts boiling. Let the butter turn light brown and then remove it from the heat immediately.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to the browned butter. Whisk until smooth.
Spread the frosting on the brownies while they are warm..
