Sheet Pan Pancakes
If you don’t have time to stand over the stove and flip pancakes, this is the recipe for you! I love to make Sheet Pan Pancakes when I am serving a crowd or even my family of 5 who all like different pancake flavors. Simply make your pancake batter (my favorite recipe is below), pour in a buttered sheet pan, add your favorite toppings such as chocolate chips, blueberries, and SPRINKLES. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes and in a snap you have pancakes for a crowd! My family prefers these to the OG version. The best part, you don’t have to throw out the first batch!

This recipe fills a half sheet pan which is around 12x17
Ingredients:
2 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 1/4 C buttermilk
1 1/4 C heavy cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 C oil
butter for greasing the sheet pan
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Grease sheet pan with butter.
Mix dry ingredients then add wet and stir.
Pour in sheet pan and SPRINKLE with toppings.
Cook for 15 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
Cut and serve!
