Thirsty Thursday-Stoli Doli

If you have ever been to The Capital Grille you have probably noticed the giant jar of perfectly stacked pineapples soaking on the corner of the bar which is used to make the infamous Stoli Doli.

Since it seems that we are still suffering through the heat of summer, the Stoli Doli seemed like the perfect Thirsty Thursday cocktail! It’s clean, it’s crisp and it might be the easiest drink recipe you will ever make! Simply follow this one easy step.

Pour a bottle of Stoli vodka over a jar of pineapple and let it soak. Capital Grille lets their pineapple soak for 14 days but I did 24 hours and I think it tastes great.

Shake with ice and pour in a martini glass or pour over ice and dash with club soda.
