A Healthy Side-Baked Sweet Potato Fries

One of my favorite sides is sweet potato fries. Usually when you order them at a restaurant they are delicious, but fried. If you want a healthier option on fried sweet potato fries add this recipe to your list. A tip, if you cut your sweet potatoes into fat fries they will still be delicious but very soft instead of crispy. You choose if you want crispy or soft, both amazing!

Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • A sweet potato for each person

  • Good Quality Olive Oil

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Garlic Salt

  • Kosher Salt

  • Optional a sprinkle of brown sugar

Let’s Make it!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Cut Sweet Potatoes into fries

  3. Put on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic salt, and kosher salt.

  4. If you like a sweeter sweet potato fry you can sprinkle with brown sugar but personally I don’t think they need it!

  5. Bake for a total of 40 minutes turning every 10. I like for them to be brown and crispy.
