Spooky Bacon Pimento Cheese Sandwiches

Use Halloween Shaped Cookie Cutters to make these spooky Bacon Pimento Cheese Sandwiches. The Bacon Pimento Cheese is a recipe passed down from a family friend and caterer that I often use as a dip.

Bacon Pimento Cheese

Ingredients:

• 1/2 pound cheddar cheese

• 1/2 pound smoked cheddar cheese

• 3 green onions chopped

• 1 pound of bacon fried and chopped

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise (just use enough to combine the ingredients)

• 1 teaspoon garlic salt

• 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Now Let’s Make It:

1. Grate cheese, chop onions and combine.

2. Add 1 pound of fried chopped bacon

3. Add mayo, hot sauce, garlic salt and mix

Serve as a dip with strawberry preserves or put on sandwiches.
